2) THE GUARANTY INCLUDES
- all the spare parte and work except shipping expenses which will be borne by the buyer with the understanding that the guaranty is valid only if the product has been used correctly Request for parte under guaranty: - by e-mail or fax stating the part number shown on the side of the crank case, a photo of the spare part required is to be included along with the details relative to the problem. If the goods where not purchased directly from Sky Engines S.r.l. please contact your seller
3) THE GUARANTY IS EXCLUDED:
- if the cause of the malfunctioning/break-down is due to improper use of the product, or negligence - if any change or modification have been made on the engine without authorization from Sky Engines S.r.l. - in case of normal wear and tear of the item, parts of it and spare parte - if the damage is due to or caused by a lack of accurate maintenance - in case of damages deriving from the running, of the engine without propeller - if the damage is caused by corrosion - damages deriving from seizure or use of petrol (gasoline) without the addition of lubricant - if parts not designed or made by Sky Enaines S.r.l. have been used - if propellers exceeding the rotation limits (as specified by Sky Engines S.r.l. have been used - if parts are lost during flight due to incorrect or improper clamping of the pieces in the assembling and disassembling of the engine by the owner for transportation - in case of damages deriving from accidente, abuse or negligence of the owner or by any other person acting on his behalf - if the damage is due to ingestion of extraneous material - due to damages deriving from the service of an ircompetent mechanic or unskilled personnel
4) SPECIAL WARNINGS:
This is not a certified engine! Designs and specifications relative to the engine are subject to change without notice and Sky Engines S.r.l. is free from any obligation and liability! Any modification, change or alteration made by the owner, or the removing of original parts, may result hazardous! The aircraft equipped with this engine should fly in open spaces in areas reserved for flight! The user is aware of and accepts all risks deriving from use and is also aware that this engine may stall!
SKY ENGINES S.R.L. IS AT YOUR DISPOSAL SHOULD ANY FURTHER INFORMATION RELATIVE TO THE USE OF THIS ENGINE BE REQUIRED.
